THE QUICK HISTORY:

The Declaration was signed in "Philadelphia's Pennsylvania First House" (now Independence Hall); it's first public reading and printing also occurred here.

…It's America’s SECOND State to ratify (meaning we made it official via a valid contract) the U.S. Constitution, DEC 12TH, in 1787. 

HOW IT WAS AWESOME THEN & NOW:

Pennsylvania, called the "Keystone" state, was said to glue the 13 colonies together.

Community, teamwork, and leadership, started here, with George Washington and the great success of U.S. founding fathers.

As kids, we fell in love with the idea that one woman, Betsy Ross, hand sewed a gorgeous design, the U.S. FLAG, to be flown to inspire a country FOREVER.

Philly, PA is homebase to the PHILADELPHIA EAGLES, PHILLIES, SIXERS, FLYERS. We were blessed to grow up, up the street from the preacher for ALL those Philly sports teams. Sports are the way to the heart and community.
