PGA - ARMED FORCES DAY

Special thanks to the PGA and Ft. Dix Soldiers who performed at the 108th PGA Championship Armed Forces Day Celebration on May 16, 2026.

Before Saturday's PGA Championship players took to the greens, the PGA held a formal special ceremony honoring our veterans and armed forces. The National Anthem was performed by the 78th Army Band, from Fort Dix, New Jersey.

It was a crisp morning, guests were supplied 250th celebratory miniature American Flags.

The crowd stood at attention, as REVEILLE bugle played, honor coursed through the greens.

Reveille signals the start of the day and duty for a soldier, and signaled so much more as we reflect on our freedom and peace.

After the performance, an official black hawk / helicopter fly over, by The 28th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade, was powerful.

We salute all the soldiers, past and present.

Thank you to everyone with all of our heart.

We were able to thank the Ft. Dix soldiers personally after their performance.

Thanks for including Platinum on the 18th green for this very special event.

Salute.
