Today’s Platinum Salute To Service, we salute excellence in service from Philadelphia Eagles Nakobe Dean #17.

Like us, listeners are always wowed!

Nakobe spent 4 years championing in Philadelphia, winning a Superbowl, serving our communities and ever honoring our historic teams. What an incredible job on and off the field.

We thank you Nakobe!

Nakobe Dean grew up truly valuing the service for our country and communities. Dean’s mom is a veteran and would always take him to serve those in need in his community.

We learned that she would often share stories of the sacrifices of her injured and fallen team members with Nakobe that really resonated. Lost limbs impact so many.

Nakobe wanted to make a difference. So much that he majored in college on mechanical engineering to specialize in prosthetic limbs for veterans, and those in need.

When Nakobe plays, he plays in honor of the many who paved the way for him and his family and teammates.

Nakobe – you’re incredible. You’re efforts are exemplary. We salute you and thank you for sharing your story and mission with your FOUNDATION: “Kind Hearts”. 

“My foundation is to help the youth; to talk to them, be there for them. We helped at the Boys and Girls Club, food at the Thanksgiving drives, Christmas toy drives, anything. I wont limit the help we provide.”

“I have a passion for helping the youth get opportunities they probably wouldn’t have got.”

We are proud of you and so glad to have you play for our team. Keep crushing on the field and off. Incredible work. Salute.
