NFL LEADER CHRIS LONG
In his NFL Walter Payton Award recipient speech Chris Long encouraged the world to use your voice to use your platform for good, to help others in need. So, that's exactly what we try do as well.
Honoring Chris Long for NFL DRAFT DAY. He is a true leader that continues to go the extra mile and take the LONG road for so many in need. Chris has created a foundation that has united so many high performers to come together and be true GAMECHANGERS representing diversity, inclusion, health and community.
Above photos from his Chris Long Waterboys Foundation LEGENDS TAILGATE! What an honor to be able to run the Waterboys Raffle Table in October 2021. So many of our Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl Champs in the house- blessed to thank them for the historic SUPERBOWL win. It was an absolute honor to give back, support & come together with the Waterboys team, work the auction table and get to see Chris’ CHALK Network “Greenlight” podcast filmed LIVE ! (Last week he drove the NASCAR pace car and covered it on his podcast. Highly recommend checking it out.) Meeting one of our US veterans who sent Chris Long his bronze star after chris donated his salary to charity- what a story and what an honor. It was the best day ever & I am so blessed to have been able to purchase some jewelry lovingly created by the womens tribe in Africa.
I’ve been supporting his foundation functions since he started it and this was my first time actively volunteering an event. He’s hosted so many amazing events and keeps going… annual NFL and Veteran Mt. Killi Climbs in Africa, many NFL Legend dinners, NFL football tailgates, a trip to NYC for his NBA basketball program, HOOPS20, for clean water wells in Africa.
Yesterday Waterboys had their first annual Golf Tournament with another incredible raffle. I encourage you to check out their page, their WomenforWater Foundation and social page as well.
Clean water for all - US & Africa/ eduction and support for our kids in Philadelphia💧A big Thank you to the entire Long Family for all you do.
